Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl.

Add the cottage cheese, parsley, egg and black pepper and blend thoroughly into a smooth mixture.

Cut the phyllo leaves into strips about 1-3/4 to 2-inches wide.

Working with one or as many as four strips at a time, brush each strip with some of the melted butter.

Put a small amount of filling at the end of each strip.

Fold the strip diagonally so that the short end meets the long edge and covers the filling.

Continue folding into triangle shapes as you would a flag.

Place the triangles on a cookie sheet.

Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake for or until golden brown.
