Peel the papayas, scoop out the seeds, and cut the flesh into chunks.

Peel the mango and avocado and remove their flesh from the pits.

Cut the flesh into chunks.

Place the papaya, mango, and avocado chunks in the work bowl of a food processor.

Remove the stem and seeds from the jalapeño pepper and cut the pepper into smaller pieces.

Place the pieces in the food processor.

Add the lime peel, lime juice, and cilantro.

Process the ingredients, using the pulse feature, until the pieces are small.

(Alternately you may chop the fruits and pepper by hand, place them in a bowl, and mix in the other ingredients.) Taste the dip for seasoning and add salt to taste.

Serve the dip with corn chips.
