Stir-Fried Broccoli with Orange Peel and Red Chili Peppers

Broccoli never tasted so good! It’s a sturdy, robust vegetable with a distinctive taste but the orange peel and chili peppers stand up to it as equals, bringing several tastes to your mouth all at once. This dish is works well as an accompaniment for plain grilled, broiled, or roasted meats, poultry, or fish.
Instructions
Clean and cut the broccoli stems and florets.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok, stir-fry pan, or sauté pan over medium heat.
Add the broccoli and stir-fry for .
Add the salt and orange juice.
Cover the pan and cook for .
Dish out the broccoli and set aside.
Drain the liquid but reserve it.
Return the pan to the heat.
Add the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil.
Add the garlic, scallions, ginger, chili peppers, and grated orange peel and stir-fry for .
Return the reserved liquid to the pan and cook to evaporate most of it.
Return the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry until the broccoli is tender and heated through.
Add sesame oil, stir-fry to blend it in and serve.
