This is another dish we eat often at our house because it goes with almost everything. I don’t always include the chili pepper.

Wash and dry the spinach.

Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook briefly.

Add the spinach and cook, turning with tongs to move the raw leaves to the bottom, for 2– or until wilted.

Add the red pepper flakes and salt to taste.

Stir, then sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice.
