Salad Croutons
From: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Cooking Basics
Servings: about 2 cups
Ronnie's Notes
Use these in any green tossed salad. You may also put them on top of soup.
Tips: Kitchen Clue Homemade croutons are tender and absorb flavorful dressings better than firm packaged croutons. You may use whole wheat or Italian bread; trim the crusts of any bread you choose.
