Ronnie's Notes

Sweet, juicy, ripe summer peaches are good enough for dessert without doing anything. But sometimes just a touch of this or that can make plain fruit into a stunning dessert that becomes a wonderful surprise after dinner. These roasted peaches, lightly sugared, rich with butter, and with just a hint of herbs dazzle in their simplicity and flavor. Making them is effortless too.
