Pita crisps make a wonderful snack and they’re also perfect on top of salads or soups and as an accompaniment for dips.

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Brush both sides of the bread with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Cut each pita into 8 wedges and place the wedges on a cookie sheet.

Bake for per side or until crispy.
