Pasta Primavera with Shrimp

You may use any vegetables that look fresh and wonderful. This recipe uses purple onion, green asparagus and bright red tomatoes, which gives it visual appeal, so bear that in mind when shopping. If you prefer to make a vegetarian meal, leave out the shrimp.

Preheat and outdoor grill or oven broiler.

Wipe the shrimp dry.

Coat them with the olive oil.

Grill them for , turning once.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
