Fry the bacon and pancetta in a large sauté pan over low-medium heat for or until crispy.

Remove the meat with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the pan fat.

Add the olive oil to the pan.

Add the onion and cook for or until softened.

Add the garlic, tomatoes, parsley, crushed red pepper and some salt and pepper to taste.

Return the bacon to the pan.
