Oven Braised and Roasted Turkey Necks with Mushrooms and Gravy

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Place the turkey necks in a roasting pan.

Pour in the olive oil and rub over the necks.

Sprinkle the necks with the garlic, salt and pepper.

Scatter the onion and mushrooms in the pan.

Place the herb on top.

Pour the orange juice and red wine in the pan.

Cover the pan and place it in the oven for , or until very soft.

Uncover the pan.

Raise the heat to 425 degrees.
