Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9”x5”x3” loaf pan (or 8-1/2”x4-1/2”x2-1/2”) and set aside.

In the bowl of a mixer set at medium speed, beat the butter and sugar together for or until well combined.

Add the eggs and orange peel and beat them in thoroughly.

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in thirds, alternating with the milk and orange juice and beat ingredients to blend them thoroughly.

Fold in the blueberries.

Spoon the batter into the loaf pan.

Bake for (depending on the size of the pan) or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for then invert onto a cake rack to cool completely.
