Place water, sugar and honey in a large saucepan and cook over high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Add the cranberries, apples, dried apricots, cinnamon and nutmeg and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for , stirring occasionally.

Remove the cover and cook for another .

Remove from the heat and let cool.
