1/3-1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or dairy sour cream, optional Cream the ricotta and cream cheeses together until well blended.

Add the garlic, scallions, radish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, basil and thyme and blend thoroughly.

Use as a spread for crackers or as a stuffing for vegetables such as cherry tomatoes.

Stir in the optional yogurt or sour cream and use as a dip for crudités or chips.

NOTE: replace the ricotta cheese with extra cream cheese and make small “truffles” to roll in bread crumbs, paprika or ground nuts.
