Place the eggs in a deep saucepan and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. When the water comes to a boil, turn the heat to low, to keep the water at a simmer. Cover the pan and cook for . Remove the pan from the heat. Drain the water. Fill the pan with the coldest water you have. Let the eggs cool.
