Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts
Ronnie's Notes
You’ll love how fast this dish cooks! Eat it as is or in a sandwich. Slice it and put it on top of a salad, serve it with Sautéed Zucchini, Pepper, and Corn or use it for fajitas.
Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
If you wish, place the chicken breasts between two pieces of waxed paper and pound them with a meat mallet, the flat side of a cleaver, or a pot bottom to a thickness of about ¼”.
(This step makes the cooking more even, but it isn’t essential.) Place the chicken in a glass, ceramic, stainless-steel, or other nonreactive dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk them together to make a marinade.
Pour the marinade over the chicken and let the meat marinate at least .
Turn the chicken once or twice during this time.
Preheat the broiler.
Remove the chicken from the marinade.
