Lamb has a distinctive taste that works well with bold flavorings and also sweet mellow ones like the hoisin sauce and honey glaze in this recipe. You can also use this glaze for rib chops, rack of lamb, and kebabs.

Preheat the oven broiler or outdoor grill with the rack about 4–6 inches from the heat source (or use a grill pan).

Combine the hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, garlic, ginger, and scallions and mix thoroughly.

Brush the mixture on both sides of the chops.

Let rest for if possible.

Cook the chops for 4– per side or until they reach the degree of desired doneness.
