Grilled Chicken Breasts for Caesar Salad
Instructions
Preheat a grill or broiler.
Cut the breasts in half to make two half breasts and remove the cartilage and excess fat.
Flatten the breast halves slightly with a meat mallet or the flat side of a cleaver.
Brush or rub the chicken with the olive oil and sprinkle it with salt, pepper and thyme.
Grill the chicken for per side, or until cooked through, brushing occasionally with balsamic vinegar.
When ready to serve, slice the meat and serve it atop the salad.
