This is a refreshing salad that’s perfect for a lazy weekend breakfast. It pairs nicely with fresh bagels, brioches, or muffins. Add a scoop of orange sorbet and it becomes dessert.

Cut the grapefruits and oranges in half crosswise.

Cut the flesh into segments and scoop them into a bowl.
