Easy Tuna and White Bean Salad

Drain most of the oil from the tuna.

Put the fish in a bowl.

Rinse the beans under cold water and drain them in a strainer.

Add the beans, scallions, and parsley.

Toss the ingredients gently.

Mix the olive oil, red-wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the fish and beans.

Let the salad stand at least before serving.
