Combine the soy sauce, orange juice, olive oil, agave syrup, orange peel, ginger, scallions, garlic and hot pepper sauce in a deep dish.

Immerse the chicken in the marinade, refrigerate and let rest for , turning the breasts occasionally during that time if possible.
