Cornflake Baked Chicken

It’s amazing what you can do with cornflakes! In this recipe it gives the chicken a texture that makes it crispy, like fried, but without the fuss and extra calories.
Prep time: less than 15 minutes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Wash and dry the chicken parts.
Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl.
Place the cornflake crumbs in a plate.
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and coat the entire surface.
Dip the egg-coated chicken in the cornflake crumbs and press them firmly.
Place the chicken skin side up on a baking sheet, leaving some room between each piece.
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Bake for or until juices run clear and the crust is golden brown.
Use melted butter instead of olive oil For Italian style chicken, eliminate the paprika and sprinkle some oregano and 3 TB.
