Chocolate Fudgie Brownies

Better make two recipes of these because they get gobbled up quickly.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease an 8”×8” baking pan.
Put the chocolate and butter in the top part of a double boiler set over barely simmering water.
Stir for 3– or until the ingredients have melted.
Remove the top part of the double boiler from the heat.
Combine the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat them with an electric mixer set at moderate speed 2– or until the mixture is as thick as stirred yogurt and as pale as cream-colored daffodils.
Add the flour, salt, vanilla extract, and nuts, if desired, and stir them in.
Add the chocolate and butter mixture and stir to blend all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake .
Cool the brownies in the pan.
Cut them into 16 squares.
