Prepare the chicken.

Before grilling the chicken, cut the tomatoes in half and squeeze out the seeds.

Chop the tomatoes and put them in a bowl.

Add the garlic, basil and olive oil and toss the ingredients.

Add the cayenne pepper and salt, taste for seasoning and add more as necessary.
