Soak the beans overnight in enough water to cover them OR boil the beans for then cover the pan and let them rest one hour.
In either case, discard the water, return the beans to the pan and cover them again with water.
Simmer the beans 1-1/.
Drain the beans but reserve the liquid.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the sausages in half, then cook the meat in a large Dutch oven set over moderate heat for or until it is browned.
Remove the sausage from the pan.
Add the chicken pieces and brown them (it takes ), then brown the pork cubes ().
Remove the meat from the pan and add the leeks, onions, garlic and carrots to the pan.
Cook the vegetables .
Combine the meat, beans, vegetables, chicken stock, thyme, parsley and some salt and pepper in the Dutch oven.
Bake, covered, for .
Check the casserole and if the beans seem dry, add some of the reserved bean water.
Gently stir in the corn and the tomato quarters.
Sprinkle the top of the casserole with breadcrumbs.
Bake uncovered .
