Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sake, vegetable oil, sesame seed oil, scallions, garlic, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes in a bowl and stir to combine the ingredients and dissolve the sugar.

Pour over the meat and let marinate for at least one hour, turning the pieces occasionally.

Preheat the grill (or broiler).

Grill the meat for per side or until crispy.

Garnish with extra sesame seeds if desired.
