Instructions
Cook the macaroni until al dente, drain and set aside in a bowl.
Place the wine in a large saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add the mussels, clams, scallops and fish.
Cover the pan and cook for .
Add the shrimp and cook for another or until the shells have all opened.
Remove the mussels and clams from their shells and place the meat in the bowl with the macaroni.
Cut the scallops if they are large and add to the bowl.
Add the fish and shrimp.
Add the tomatoes and fennel.
Toss ingredients gently to distribute them evenly.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste, saffron and hot pepper sauce and pour over the fish.
Sprinkle on the parsley.
Toss the ingredients.
Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
Place lettuce leaves on plates.
Top with the salad and serve.
