Baked Bluefish
From: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Cooking Basics
Servings: 4 servings
Ronnie's Notes
The tomatoes and celery in this recipe flavor the fish and help keep it juicy. The dish goes well with baked or mashed potatoes or cooked white rice, and green beans, broccoli, or any other green vegetable.
Tips: Kitchen Clue If you peel the celery, it will be less stringy and more digestible. Peel from the thin end using a vegetable peeler. Pull any strings that don’t come off. You can make the recipe for Baked Bluefish with mackerel, snapper, shad, pompano, or grouper.
